Corner and flight first, name second
Book a private airport transfer to SLC and reserve it in writing
Use this page to book a private airport transfer to SLC, or a ride home from Salt Lake City International Airport, for an address in Salt Lake County. The form right below takes two steps: first where and when, then who the reply goes to. The office passes your request to one local car company that serves your corner and sends back its written fare. It is a free quote with no obligation, and nothing is held for you until that company confirms the ride after your yes.
What step one and step two ask
Step one is the ride. Choose the direction, to the airport or home from it, and type the pickup or drop-off address. A grid address such as 1300 E 2100 S brings up the nearest listed corner with its from-figures before you send. The airport ride from Murray, UT to SLC page shows one corner in full: 12.7 road miles and a sedan from $110 per car, each way.
Step two stays short: your name, a phone and an email for the written fare, a box that allows calls and texts about this ride and nothing else, and a free note. Each remaining field of step one is there for a reason:
- Ride date: rides are arranged from the day after your written reply is due.
- Flight time and flight number: the company plans the pickup around them; its fare says how an early or late landing goes.
- Car size: a sedan seats three riders at most, an SUV six.
- People and checked bags: six riders or a heap of luggage points to the SUV.
- Note: child seats and which kind, a ramp or lift, a second stop, or a request to meet at terminal.
From the send button to written confirmation
The form asks for no card, and riders pay the office nothing; the car company is the one you pay. Sending a request is also how you check availability: the reply says whether that company can take your date. Here is what follows, in order, from the moment you press send until the reservation stands in writing:
- The office places your address on the county grid and finds the road-mile band to the terminal.
- It asks one local car company serving that corner for its written fare.
- That fare reaches you in writing, naming the pickup time, the car and anything it adds.
- You answer yes, or you let it pass.
- After your yes, the company sends its written confirmation, and the fixed rate holds for that ride.
Reply times and your earliest ride date
One rule sets every reply. Phone hours are Monday to Friday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mountain time. A request that arrives while the phone is answered, at least 90 minutes before it closes, gets a written reply within 90 minutes. On weekdays that window runs until 7:30 p.m., on weekends until 12:30 p.m.
Any other request is answered within the first hour after the phone next opens, so by 4 p.m. on a weekday or by 9 a.m. on a weekend day. Rides are arranged from the day after the reply is due. A form sent on a Tuesday after 9 p.m. is answered by 4 p.m. Wednesday, which makes Thursday the earliest ride date.
Changing or dropping a request before yes
Until you say yes, your request is only a question and nothing is held. To change the date, the flight, the car size or the address, answer the written fare or write to rides@travelsbytracie.com with the new details. The change goes back to the company for a fresh written fare, because a different corner or a bigger car can move the figure.
To withdraw, say so in one line, or leave the fare unanswered; the quote was free and dropping it costs nothing. If you would rather talk a change through, speak to a specialist about airport rides in Salt Lake City, UT at +1 (801) 363-4718 while the phone is answered. A reservation begins only with your yes and the company's written confirmation.
